This shoot with Joseph was the very first for my blog Think Like A Model. We met at Cowles Mountain on a Saturday… what was I thinking?! Of course there just happened to be a big hiking event going on, that day, but we tried to get the best shots we could. It wasn’t quite working so we crossed the street and attempted to shoot in a parking lot. Way too many shadows. Joseph, then, suggested we go to Lake Murray…
This location ended up being perfect! Just look at the background. I was so happy that we moved to this spot because it definitely made shooting easier. Joe was there and gave fitness posing tips, which was a huge help. The only thing I didn’t care for was that the grass was brown and splotchy. But, hey, it’s San Diego. I’ll trade a nice field of grass for sun any day!
